I built a system that lets one person run like a team. Today I am giving it away. The system is free. The course that teaches it is free. AI did not just change my career, it changed my life, and I do not think access to that should be decided by who can afford a course. What I cannot give you is the part that decides the outcome, which is whether you carry it.

Where this came from

A few years ago I was starting over, with a young family depending on me getting it right.

I will keep that part short. It was a hard couple of years, and I came out of the other side of it.

What I did in those two years was build the thing I wish someone had handed me on day one. Not from a strategy session. From walking ground that did not have a path on it yet.

I did not have a map. I made the map by walking it.

That is where this system came from.

What it actually changed

People assume AI changed my career. It did. That is the smaller half.

What it changed was my life.

I stopped carrying the whole business in my head. That sounds like a small thing. It is not. Before, I could not put anything down, because if I put it down it was gone.

Now the system remembers, so I do not have to. I get to be present with my family instead of half somewhere else.

I will be honest about what it costs. It only holds if I keep feeding it. If I stop writing things down, the calm goes. The discipline is what buys the peace, and there is no version of this where you skip that part.

But it is real, and I lived every step of it myself. Which is why I cannot write about this like it is a product.

Why I am giving it away

The ground moves every few months now. A tool you learned in March gets replaced by June. A workflow you finally got comfortable with is out of date before it becomes a habit.

People are not slow. People are tired. And the good version of learning this carries a price that most people cannot justify while they are still covering rent.

So this thing arrived, and not everybody got told. Some people walked straight past the thing that could have changed their year, and they will never find out that is what it was.

That is the part I cannot sit quietly with. This is the biggest shift most of us will see in our working lives, and right now who gets in is being decided by who can pay for a course.

So I took the price off.

I have trained more than 1,300 people, from fifteen year olds to seventy year olds. Not one of them was held back by the tool. What holds people back is having no map, and having nobody further ahead willing to turn around.

I would rather be the one standing out in front.

The system is free. The course is free. The whole thing sits in the open on GitHub, source available. Read it, run it, build on top of it for your own business. The only thing I ask is that you do not turn around and resell it.

Nothing is held back so I can sell it to you later. If this changed my life the way it did and I keep it behind a payment, then I did not actually learn anything from it.

No ads

I have not run a single ad for this and I am not going to.

The whole thing moves person to person. That is on purpose. I am not trying to reach everyone. I am trying to reach the people who came because they wanted to, not because a paid post followed them around for three days.

If you are here, you got here yourself. That already tells me something.

The part I cannot give you

I teach people who still want to catch the opportunity in front of them.

That is the whole filter, and it is not a status test. It has nothing to do with how much you already know, how old you are, or how technical you are. It has to do with one thing. Whether you will carry it.

I can hand you the system. I cannot hand you the hours you put into it.
I can hand you the course. I cannot hand you the week where nothing works and you sit down and try again anyway.

承载. Carry it. That is the word I keep coming back to and there is no clean English for it. It means you take the weight of the thing onto yourself, on purpose, because it is yours now.

How to get in

Put your name on the waiting list. Name, email, phone, where you are from.
Answer the last question honestly. It asks why you want in. I would rather have a short list of people who mean it than a long list of people who clicked.
Then wait for me. Once the list is gathered, I announce the details straight to the people on it.

No call. No pitch. No card.

The community is a self learning path. You walk it at your own speed, and you adapt it to your own business as you go. That is the point of it. The Sprint is a separate campaign program and it is not what this post is about.

The last part

I have been in the season where you stop believing you are the one who gets to make it. I know what that feels like from the inside, and I know it does not announce itself when it ends.

What is the One Person Company system?

It is a system that lets one owner run a business like a small team, by giving the AI the real context of that business: the services, the prices, the tone, the way decisions actually get made. The course that teaches you to build it is the One Person Company course. Both are free.

Is it really free, or is there a paid tier behind it?

The system is free and the course is free. Nothing about the foundation is held back to sell later. The Sprint is a separate campaign program and is not a gate on any of this.

What licence is it under? Can I use it in my own business?

It is source available on GitHub under the AI Solopreneur OS License. You can read it, run it, modify it, and use it inside your own business, including a business you run for profit. You cannot redistribute it, resell it, rebrand it as your own, or offer it as a service. It is not the MIT License and it is not an open source licence in the formal sense.

How do I get access?

Join the waiting list with your name, email, phone, and where you are from. Once the list is gathered, the details go out directly to the people on it.

Is this the same thing as the Sprint?

No. The Skool community is a free self learning path that you walk at your own speed and adapt to your own business. The Sprint is a separate campaign program. Joining the waiting list does not sign you up for the Sprint.
